1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with springerspaniel.dog is Patryk Górski, who runs the home-based kennel Spotted with Charm FCI together with Natalia Górska. For any data-protection matters, contact us at springery@spottedwithcharm.pl.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send a message we process your name, email address, the subject you choose, your message, the date and time of your consent and the language version of the site. We use this only to reply to you and continue our correspondence. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.

Website security. The server and the site’s security software automatically log technical connection data, such as IP address, date and time, and browser type, to protect the site against attacks and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep data

We keep contact-form messages until our correspondence ends and for no longer than 12 months afterwards — or for less if you withdraw your consent earlier. Technical security logs are deleted automatically according to the server and security-software settings.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Access is limited to providers that technically operate the website and email — in particular our hosting provider, RejestracjaDomen.pl Sp. z o.o. — and only to the extent needed to provide those services. Data is stored on servers in Poland and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy,
  • rectify your data,
  • have your data erased,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal — simply email springery@spottedwithcharm.pl,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw — or with the authority in your EU country of residence.

We do not make automated decisions about you or profile your data.

6. Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not use tools such as Google Analytics or social-media pixels. It may store only strictly necessary technical cookies, including one that remembers your chosen language. Fonts are served from our own server, not from third-party servers.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

7. External links

This site links to our Instagram and Facebook profiles. Once you visit those services, their own privacy policies apply.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add new features to the site. The current version is always available on this page.
